Perceiving Designs provides bespoke architectural services in residential, commercial, recreational and institutional sector specializing in new built houses and flats, extensions, loft conversions, garage conversions, interior designing, commercial extensions and refurbishments.

In the past few years in the UK, Perceiving Designs has mainly worked with residential and commercial properties specializing in new built, housing, shops and warehouse extensions and interior design.

Our founder and director, Tash and co-founder Pratik started Perceiving Designs in 2015. Tash has an eye for details while Pratik specializes in computational designs. Since 2015 they have worked together to create amazing spaces with unique architectural character.

While Tash has been working and experimenting with traditional architecture across India and UK, Pratik has been working with contemporary architecture and computational designs in India and Spain. Their designs reflect strong character which are a blend of traditional and modern architecture.
